Reudink Software offers telephone support and service via the ZooEasy helpdesk and written support and service via the e-mail contact form on this website. In the 'Frequently Asked Questions' on the support page of this website, the ZooEasy™ support team offers a tremendous amount of solutions.

Product information

Annually new versions are developed on the basis of user requirements. Hence, each user has a say in the development of new ZooEasy™ products! Moreover, each registered user of ZooEasy™ receives the ZooEasy™ newsletter four times a year. This way all users are well-informed on the most recent product developments and other news related to ZooEasy™.

Users can subscribe to new product updates. Subscriptions run for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years. The first purchase of a ZooEasy CD-ROM or download version includes a one year subscription. A subscriber is entitled to unlimited helpdesk support and will be regularly informed of new developments. Separate maintenance contracts apply to breeding associations and clubs.
