While entering the ring numbers of different species the same ring number cannot be used for another kind of bird.

A ring number is an unique value in the program. Below you can find two tips to solve this problem.
1. Next to each ring number you enter the ring size, e.g. 35 mm.
2. Next to the ring number you enter the abbreviation of the species, consisting of two letters.
