When I search in the menu ‘Animals’ for ‘Own animal’ the program states that no animals are found even though I have registered my contact number as owner with several animals. How is this possible?

Your account needs to be connected to your contact number. Send a message to ‘supportonline@zooeasy.com’  with the request to connect your account to your contact number. In this mail you mention the contact number and contact name to which we need to connect your account to. Please check this carefully before you send the mail. We only execute this connection once.
