To be able to use the ZooEasy link with the Anymal app, you must use the module ‘Integration with the Anymal app’ (https://www.zooeasy.com/shop/modules-en/integration-with-the-anymal-app/).
After purchasing the module, please note that a link to the Anymal app can only be established if a contact number is linked to the account. Only then can you use your phone to scan the QR code displayed on the My account > Connected App tab. This link is established once and the contact can be deleted afterwerds. If the contact no longer exists, no data will be retrieved.
The step-by-step plan is as follows:
1. Click the menu Management
2. Click the tab Accounts
3. Click the sub tab List
4. Click on the relevant contact and enter a number
5. Log out and log in again
6. Click the menu My account
7. Click the Connected App tab
8. Scan the QR code with your phone to link ZooEasy to Anymal. If you do not see a QR code to scan, something went wrong in step 4.
9. You will receive the data of your living animals that are linked to the contact (your account). Animals that are deceased will be removed from the overview. Animals that have a newly registered owner will also be removed from your overview.
There are a number of dependencies:
– In order to retrieve data, the end date of the account must not have expired. If the end date has expired, no data will be retrieved.
– By scanning the QR code, you agree to the terms and conditions for using ZooEasy. You accept these once when you log in. If the terms and conditions are changed, the check mark will be removed and the terms and conditions must be accepted again. If the updated terms and conditions have not yet been accepted, no data will be retrieved.
– As a Manager, you can deactivate the key, but you cannot delete it. Deactivating the key will disconnect all users who are using the link in one go. No more data will be retrieved.
– If a user is a member of multiple associations/administrations that also use the Anymal app, that user can create two scanned connections by scanning two QR codes. This allows data to be retrieved from two administrations.
