The software of ZooEasy easily keeps track of all cat breeds, with and without a pedigree. Whether you breed cats such as the British Shorthairs, Maine Coons or Ragdolls, you keep all information safe in your online database. You can think about the character, (genetic) characteristics, health and lineage.
As a cat breeder, start to add basic information. Fill in all the known data, such as name, title, chip number and date of birth. Add data of every cat with information about their fur, colors, eyes and other appearances that are important when you breed cats. You can also add pictures of you cats make the pedigree look better. Furthermore, add health information, pet visits, show results, jury reports and contacts. Do you sell a cat? Easily change the owner. This way your overview of your cats is up to date and you keep a clear archive.
Lower inbreeding percentages
Would you like to know what the kinship of your cats is? ZooEasy gives you insight! Add a new cat and select this cat’s parents. Our software calculates the inbreeding percentage of your cats automatically. You can also find the history of the grandparents on the pedigree. The more generations you add, the more accurate the calculations are. That gives extra insight when breeding cats.
We use the calculation method of Wright, supplied by the Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR). In 1921 the American genetic Sewall Wright came with the calculation that shows the likeliness that two individuals are related to each other. Essential when you develop a healthy and strong cat breed!

We have a forever free subscription for individual breeders with a maximum of 25 cats. Are you an individual breeder, but would you like to add an unlimited amount of cats? Choose the single user plan. The multi user subscription is perfect for two or more users. Large associations choose the unlimited subscription.
Software for one user
Do you breed cats on your own and you don’t have many animals yet? Use our forever free plan. It’s perfectly suited for one user with a maximum of 25 cats. Do you have more than 25 cats? Choose the single user plan. This software is suited for one user or a small organization, with the capabilities to add unlimited cats.
Software for medium sized clubs
Do you breed cats together with someone else and do you have to exchange information on every single cat? Choose the multi user subscription of ZooEasy. This subscription allows you to manage the database with two or more individuals. You create one database and login at the same time with your unique user name and password. This plan comes with two users but we can always add more users, for an additional cost.
For bigger associations
The ZooEasy software is also been used by cat associations, cat registrations and umbrella organizations, such as Felikat, Mundikat and AFB. The Neocat Association also uses ZooEasy. They have transferred a record of more than 180,000 cats to ZooEasy. Choose the unlimited subscription plan and add unlimited users. With this subscription comes the option for the board to add members to the database, such as a cat breeder who searches for or edits information about his own cat. The board decides which information for members is visible and which is not.
