I have made a mistake. How do I restore a backup?

The step-by-step plan is as follows:

1. Click the menu Management
2. Click the tab File Management
3. Click the button Upload back-up file
4. Select the back-up file on your computer and click the button OK
5. Click the button Restore back-up

Again this can take a while depending on the back-up queue and the size of the administration. When the restore has finished you will receive an e-mail.

And don’t forget to unlock the administration:
6. Click the menu Management
7. Click the tab Settings
8. Deselect the check mark for Lock administration
