ZooEasy is suitable for registration of all breeders data. All the data of your alpacas will be stored safe and secure in our online database. You can create a beautiful alpaca pedigree, and you decide what information to show.
Manage your own database, or work together with multiple accounts. Fill in all the information about every alpaca, like the registration number, breed, name, parents and date of birth. You can also add pictures of the alpacas, to make the pedigree more beautiful. You also have the option to create a medical file to add data about the health of the alpaca, and keep a record of the visits to the vet. Do you keep your alpaca for its wool? It is possible to keep notes of this, so you know which animals you choose if you want to breed. This way, you collect all the data needed to keep an up-to-date overview and record of your alpacas.
Lowered inbreed percentage
ZooEasy gives the alpaca breeder insight in the relationship between alpacas. By submitting details about parentage, our software will automatically calculate the inbreeding percentage of your animals. The lower the inbreed percentage, the healthier your alpaca will be.
We use the Wright inbreeding coefficient method: this is provides by the University of Wageningen (WUR). This way, you will be able to make a responsible choice to prevent inbreeding. In 1921, the American geneticist Sewal Wright introduced his method to view the probability of two individuals being related to one another. Calculate the mean kinship of the guinea pigs
Mean kinship is the average relationship of an animal with the entire population. The mean kinship is a benchmark for how an animal can contribute to the inbreeding in the future of the breed. Animals with a low mean kinship are genetically new. Animals with a higher mean kinship have already left their mark on the population.

Do you breed alpacas on your own, and do you have just a few animals? Use our forever free plan. It is suited for one user with a maximum of 25 alpacas. Do you have more than 25 alpacas? Use the single user plan. This software is suited for one user or a small organization, with the option to add an unlimited number of alpacas.
Software for medium sized clubs
Do you breed alpacas with someone else? For instance, another breeder, your family or colleagues? Choose the multi user subscription of ZooEasy. This subscription allows you to manage the database with two or more individuals. You create one database and log in at the same time with your unique username and password. This plan comes with two users, bus we can always add more users for an additional cost.
For bigger associations
The ZooEasy software is not only used by individual alpaca breeders, but also by alpaca associations and – organizations, such as Alpaca Association Benelux. Choose the unlimited subscription plan and add an unlimited number of users. With this subscriptions comes the option for the board to add members to the database, such as an alpaca breeder who is looking for or wants to edit information about his own alpaca. The board decides which information is visible for members, and which is not.
