ZooEasy is also extremely suitable for breeders, associations and studbooks of rare bird species. Does your bird have an unknown bloodline? You can also easily register all other information about your birds with this program. Everyone can work with ZooEasy: from starting breeders to professional breeders and associations.
Our software is perfect for saving the records of all birds. Note the name, gender, registration number, date of birth, parents and appearance such as color. This way you can easily follow unlimited bloodlines later. Keep track of all health, exhibition and performance information. Also add a picture to complete your records. This completes the basic information that will help you to make responsible breeding choices. You can save data or print it on your personal pedigree.
Lowered inbreed percentage
Prevent inbreeding of your birds through accurate administration. ZooEasy gives you insight! When entering the details, select this birds parents. Our software automatically calculates the inbreeding percentage of your animals. The more generations you enter, the more accurate the calculations are. And the lower the inbreeding percentage, the better this is for your birds health.
At ZooEasy we use the calculation method of Wright, supplied by the Wageningen University and Research Center (WUR). In 1921 the American genetic Sewall Wright came with the calculation that shows the likeliness that two individuals are related to each other. Essential when you work with healthy birds!
Calculate the mean kinship of the guinea pigs
Mean kinship is the average relationship of an animal with the entire population. The mean kinship is a benchmark for how an animal can contribute to the inbreeding in the future of the breed. Animals with a low mean kinship are genetically new. Animals with a higher mean kinship have already left their mark on the population.

We have a forever free subscription for individual breeders with a maximum of 25 birds. Are you an individual breeder, but would you like to add an unlimited amount of birds? Choose the single user plan. The multi user subscription is perfect for two or more users. Large associations choose the unlimited subscription.
Software for one user
Do you breed on your own and you don’t have many birds yet? Use our forever free plan. It’s perfectly suited for one user with a maximum of 25 birds. Do you have more than 25 animals? Choose the single user plan. This software is suited for one user or a small organization, with the capabilities to add unlimited birds.
Software for medium sized clubs
Do you breed birds together with someone else and do you exchange information about your animals? Choose the multi user subscription of ZooEasy. This subscription allows you to manage the database with two or more individuals. You create one database and login at the same time with your unique username and password. This plan comes with two users, but we can always add more users for an additional cost.
For bigger associations
The ZooEasy software is also suitable for bird associations and studbooks. Choose the unlimited subscription plan and add unlimited users. With this subscription comes the option for the board to add members to the database, such as a bird breeder who searches for or edits information about his own birds. The board decides which information for members is visible and which is not.
