The step-by-step plan is as follows:

Exporting data from the database is done in the same way for all relevant menus. I’ll demonstrate it with Animal data.

1. Click the menu Reports
2. Click Export animals
3. Click the button OK if you want to open the file in Excel or else click the option Save and then click the button OK

The data is exported as a csv-file with a semicolon as field separator. The links Export contacts (Davilex Club) and Export animals (Population analysis) will be explained seperately.
