This field is intended for organizations that only officially register animals in a studbook if they meet a number of criteria. If you do not use the field, you can turn this off.
Whether or not to display screen elements is controlled by the role settings. You can disable this field as follows:
1. Click the menu Management
2. Click the the tab Base tables
3. Click the drop box showing Contact categories and select Roles
4. Select the role for which you want to disable the field Registered
5. Click in the 1st row on the tab Animals
6. Click the 2nd row on the tab Index data
7. Deselect both check marks for Registered
8. Click Save
Repeat this for all roles.
