Together, we work day-in-and-day-out to support you through our helpdesk. Whilst we have done this completely free of charge up until now, we have decided to make some adjustments. This is because all support can no longer be fully covered by the subscription fee. Because of this, it is just not financially feasible anymore. Hence why we are going to look a bit more strictly at applications and anticipate this.
But no worries! Much of the basic support will simply remain free. Exactly as you would expect from us. That includes the following things:

Good to know is that you do not have to pay for the extra services in both the demo and project phase periods. They are free during these periods.
