ZooEasy devotes a lot of time and attention to continuously optimizing our products. For this we make the necessary investments. Not merely in terms of effort and dedication on our part, but also financially.
We invest in, amongst others, infrastructure such as network connections, storage space and software testing. More IT services, more servers, more storage capacity all mean that our software environment becomes faster, allowing our users to work faster.
Unfortunately, with improvements come costs. And like any other business, we also suffer from inflation. However, the aforementioned investments have led to the fact that ZooEasy has significantly improved in recent times compared to the beginning of 2020. With this in mind, we have decided that we consider it justified to increase our fees. The annual maintenance costs of certain modules have been increased and we will inform our users of this by e-mail.
Subscription rates have been increased as of 1 September 2021. You can find our new monthly rates here. With these new rates, we ensure that we keep up with inflation and that we can continue to improve, so that we can serve you even better. In Cruijffian parlance: ‘Every downside has it’s upside’. ‘But that’s only logical!’ You will only start paying the new rates when you renew your subscription.
