To optimize our services and our customers’ user experience, we are constantly investing in our business. For example, we keep our server farm up to date to maintain speed, security and disk space. We also invest in our staff to improve the quality of our services where needed.
To make these investments possible, we have to periodically adjust our prices. In this message we inform you about the price increase we have implemented as of January 1, 2025. It concerns an average increase of 10%, in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (Article 8, paragraph 7). In this we state that we increase prices annually according to the index figure published by the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). Since no price increase was applied in 2024, a price increase of 6.1% (over 2023) and 6.9% (over 2024) would be allowed. However, we chose not to apply the full 13%, but only a 10% increase.
Changes in subscriptions and accounts
Below is the overview of the old and new prices. All prices are based on a monthly subscription and include VAT. Do you have an annual subscription? Then you get a 20% discount on the total sum.

Modules, services and annual maintenance fees
The above price change has also been implemented for the one-time and annual costs of modules and for the services we offer.
Effective date of price increase
The new prices are in effect as of today, January 1, 2025. You can view your subscription costs by logging into ZooEasy Online. Then click on ‘My subscription data’ and choose ‘To extend’.
