To optimize our services and our customers’ user experience, we are constantly investing in our business. For example, we keep our server farm up to date to maintain speed, security and disk space. We also invest in our staff to improve the quality of our services where needed. To make this possible, in this message we inform you about the price increase of 5.5% on average that we will implement on January 1, 2023. This is also in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions (Article 8, paragraph 7) in which we annually increase prices according to the index figure published by the Dutch Central Bureau of Statistics (CBS). This price increase was last implemented in 2020.
Below is the overview of the old and new prices. USD and GBP prices are derived from these. All prices are based on a monthly subscription and include VAT. Do you have an annual subscription? Then you get a 20% discount on the total sum.

Annual maintenance costs are charged for the management and continued development of paid modules. Below are the old and new prices. All prices are based on a monthly subscription and include VAT. There is also a 20% discount on the total price for an annual subscription.

The new prices will be effective on January 1, 2023. You can view your subscription costs by logging into ZooEasy Online. Then click on ‘My subscription’ and choose ‘To extend’
In addition to the above price increase, we are also introducing support contracts in early 2023. Are you not using the helpdesk? Or is the support page with explanations, manuals and videos enough for you? Then you don’t need a support contract. For customers who require additional support on setting up their administration, importing files, reports or analysis of files, a support contract will be required. Simple questions that we can answer quickly will remain under the basic subscription. More information will follow in early 2023.
